Purely Organic Foods’ Organic Semi Sweet Carob Chips are made from premium, organically grown carob pods and lightly sweetened with organic cane sugar. They offer a smooth, rich carob flavor with balanced sweetness and are a popular caffeine-free alternative to chocolate chips. Ideal for baking, snacking, or adding to everyday recipes.

Production:

Our organic carob chips are produced by finely grinding organic carob pods and gently roasting them to develop their natural flavor. The roasted carob is then blended with organic plant-based fats, emulsifiers, and organic cane sugar before being cooled and shaped into classic chip form. No caffeine or dairy is added during production.

How to use:

Baking: Use as a 1:1 substitute for chocolate chips in cookies, muffins, brownies, and bars
Snacking: Add to trail mixes, granola, or yogurt
Melting: Suitable for dessert recipes and baking applications
Topping: Sprinkle over oatmeal, smoothie bowls, or fresh fruit
