1. Return and Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our organic food products, we do not accept returns. However, we offer refunds or replacements for the following cases:

  • Products that arrive damaged or defective.

  • Incorrect items received due to a processing error on our part.

  • Orders lost or undelivered by the carrier (subject to verification).


2. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  • Contact us at hello@purelyorganicfoods.ca or fill out the Contact Us form within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

  • Our team will review your claim and provide a resolution within 4-5 business days.


3. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 4-5 business days.

  • If a replacement is issued, we will cover the cost of reshipping the new item.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


4. Cancellations and Order Modifications

  • Orders can only be modified or cancelled before they have been processed for shipping.

  • If you need to make changes, contact us immediately at hello@purelyorganicfoods.ca.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled.


5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used food products cannot be returned for safety reasons.

  • Clearance or final sale items are non-refundable.
