Purely Organic Foods’ Organic Unsweetened Carob Chips are made from premium, roasted organic carob pods and contain no added sugar or sweeteners. Naturally sweet with a rich, earthy flavor, carob chips are a great caffeine-free alternative to chocolate chips—perfect for baking, snacking, or mixing into trail mixes and granola.

Production:

Our unsweetened organic carob chips are made by finely grinding organic carob pods, which are then gently roasted to bring out their natural sweetness. The roasted carob is blended with organic plant-based fats and emulsifiers to create smooth, meltable chips. The mixture is cooled and shaped into classic chip form—without any added sugar, caffeine, or dairy.

How to use:

Baking: Substitute 1:1 for chocolate chips in cookies, muffins, brownies, and bars
Snacking: Add to trail mix, granola, or yogurt
Melting: Use in dairy-free or low-sugar dessert recipes
Topping: Sprinkle on oatmeal, smoothie bowls, or fruit
